This months featured project was a basement finish we completed for our clients in Marietta Georgia. This project turned out fantastic and included a large custom bathroom with an open concept shower which included a teak drying area and a back lit shampoo niche with a rain shower head. The vanity cabinet was custom built with solid surface countertops and a backlit mirror. The basement included a small wet bar area, a gym, spacious home office and a family room. A custom built architectural bump out in the family room accommodated the big screen TV and electric fireplace. Custom built Barn doors and wide plank LVP flooring were installed. Structural framing was performed to open the rear of the basement to the backyard and a panoramic doors were installed in order to be able to connect the outside with the inside. An electronic dog door that opens on command for the families two dogs was incorporated to make daily life easier for everyone. The finished product is fantastic and the homeowners couldn’t be happier.
