We installed pre-fabricated birch cabinets with maple shaker-style doors, complemented by sleek hardware. Quartz countertops provide both durability and timeless appeal, paired with a polished undermount bar sink and modern faucet. full-height backsplash in ceramic tile with subtle veining adds a striking visual element. The space was completed with a beverage cooler, stainless steel dishwasher, and dedicated circuits for small appliances.
Bathroom
The lower-level bathroom was fully updated with a custom vanity in a rich wood finish, topped with a crisp white countertop. Warm bronze lighting fixtures and a framed mirror add character. The glass-enclosed shower features large-format ceramic tile walls, a mosaic shower pan, and a built-in niche for convenience. A frameless shower door completes the look, offering a clean, modern finish. Plumbing selections included a Kohler Cimarron toilet, an undermount sink, and a sleek vanity faucet.
Recreation Room
The recreation room was designed for versatility, with a large entertainment wall featuring custom millwork painted in a bold blue tone designed to frame a large-screen TV and create a dramatic backdrop for movie nights, sports, and gaming. Ample recessed lighting illuminates the space, while durable flooring ensures longevity. With plenty of room for a pool table, sectional sofa, and oversized TV, this area is perfect for family gatherings and movie nights. The recreation room was designed as a multi-purpose hub for family gatherings. Structural work included opening walls with LVL beams to create a spacious, open-concept feel. A tray ceiling with layered crown molding adds architectural depth, while recessed lighting ensures the room is bright and welcoming. luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring was installed for its durability and comfort underfoot, making it perfect for high-traffic areas.
