The Dreon family wanted a complete overhaul of their master bathroom to create a more functional and aesthetically pleasing space. The scope of work included demolition, plumbing, electrical work, custom cabinetry, tiling, and the installation of modern fixtures. - Demolition: Carefully removed the existing fixtures, tiles, and cabinets without damaging the underlying structure.
- Framing: In the family room, we framed a bump-out for the fireplace and TV, ensuring the tiled wall reached up to the level of the adjacent catwalk, creating a cohesive and integrated design.
- Plumbing: Upgraded plumbing to support the new fixtures, including the freestanding tub and dual shower heads.
- Electrical: Installed new lighting fixtures, including recessed lights and LED cabinet lighting, ensuring proper illumination throughout the bathroom.

- Flooring and Walls: The bathroom floor was laid with Silver Natural 12×24 White Bathroom Floor Tile, providing a sleek and clean foundation. The walls were painted in Drift of Mist (SW 9166) from Sherwin Williams, creating a serene and calming atmosphere that complemented the natural light streaming in from the windows.
- Countertops and Shower Accents: For the countertops, we installed Quartz Brittanica, known for its durability and stunning veining patterns. The shower featured Quartz Arctic White accents, adding a touch of luxury and ensuring easy maintenance.
- Tiling: The shower walls were adorned with Mountain Mist Glossy Beveled Subway Tile, grouted with a warm gray that enhanced the tile’s glossy finish. The shower floor was finished with Nuvoloso Brushed 2” Hex Mosaic Tile, also grouted in warm gray, providing a beautiful and slip-resistant surface.
- Custom Cabinetry: We worked with our preferred partner of 25 years to create custom-built cabinets in their Pierre collection. These cabinets were not only designed for aesthetic appeal but also for functionality, featuring LED lighting routed into the walls and a special knee-space area for a makeup station. The custom cabinetry offered ample storage and was a standout feature in the bathroom’s new look.
- Shower Design: The shower was designed with two niches for convenience and storage: one in the back wall and one in the lower half wall backing up to the vanity. The inclusion of these niches added both functionality and a touch of modern design.
- Fixtures: The bathroom featured the Eternity 36″ x 48″ Rectangular Beveled Framed Mirror, adding a sense of depth and brightness to the space. We also installed the Barclay Sheldon 59” Acrylic Freestanding Tub, which became a focal point of relaxation and style.
