The old fixtures and finishes were removed, making way for a modern and sophisticated design. The floor was leveled and prepared for the new tile installation. We used Avani Gray Porcelain Tile for the bathroom floor, chosen for its durability and elegant appearance.
The vanity area became a focal point with the installation of a Willow Bath 60” Teak Wood Single Mid Century Vanity. Topped with a stunning Quartz Charcoal Soapstone Countertop, the vanity provided ample storage space and a sleek, contemporary look. The Homary Modern Design Waterfall Spout faucet added a touch of luxury, complementing the vanity’s modern aesthetic.
Above the vanity, we installed a KEONJINN LED Backlit Bathroom Vanity Wall Mirror, with sconce lights on either side, which not only provides excellent lighting but also enhances the bathroom’s overall ambiance with its modern, sleek design.
Shower Excellence
The shower area was designed to offer both functionality and luxury. The shower walls were adorned with Uptown Antracite II Matte Porcelain Tile, extending to the ceiling for a seamless and polished look. The floor of the shower featured Multi Gray Polished Porcelain Penny Mosaic tiles, adding texture and a touch of elegance.
A significant upgrade was the installation of the Homary Modern Exposed Rainfall Shower Head, ensuring a spa-like experience for the Garlands. To enhance functionality, a long linear niche was framed and tiled, providing convenient storage for shower essentials.
The shower was enclosed with a custom glass panel, creating an open and airy feel while maintaining water containment. This setup ensured that the shower area remained visually spacious and inviting.
Drying Area
Adjacent to the shower, we created a dedicated drying area, framed and tiled to perfection. The drying area was separated from the shower by a teak floor, chosen for its natural water resistance and warm aesthetic. The walls of the drying area featured teak tiles, adding a touch of organic warmth and luxury. This area provided a comfortable space for drying off and dressing, enhancing the overall functionality of the bathroom.
